Service Representative

As

Responsibility:

Handles
assistance and information to customers that will be done mostly by telephone

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma education/school certificate or equivalent

Minimum 1 year work period in the latest position
(fresh graduates are welcome)

·
Good
interpersonal skills

·
Detail Oriented

·
Ability to work variable shifts based on business needs

·
Computer literate

·
Emotionally mature and Patient

·
Persistent personality

·
Strong customer service orientation

·
English Fluency in written and spoken
