Our Client is one of the largest, publicly-listed, integrated palm-based
consumer companies in Indonesia and currently is looking for several
positions to be filled as follow :

1. TAX MANAGER

Description :

Tax manager will supervises all ongoing tax and accounting operations
within the company as well as general management responsibilities
including :

· Preparing annual tax report, tax audit, tax policy, tax
review for all depatment

· Reviewing monthly tax returns, annual tax returns

· Supervise tax compliance in each department

· Mediator between department and tax auditor

· Update tax regulation to all department

2. FINANCE MANAGER

Description :

Finance manager will supervises all ongoing financial and accounting
operations within the company as well as general management
responsibilities including :

· Manages work of all staff accountants

· Constant evaluation and monitoring of all accountant and
record keeping

· Plans and prepares monthly budgetary reports for each
department and for overall company budget as well

· Files weekly reports on all new financial developments
within the company based upon internal reports and memos

General Requirements:

· Candidate must possess minimum bachelor's degree in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
is required for this position

· Candidate must possess sound management and analyzing
skills

· Overall Knowledge of tax, accounting and financial reporting
system

· Have a good achievements

· Excellent English Communication Skills and Mandarin
