*Division Head of Customer Strategy and Market Research *
(Jakarta)

*Reporting to:*

*Direct : Corporate Marketing Head*

*Job Summary:*

· Market research and marketing Intelligence. (Customer and
Competitor analysis Industry and Competitive dynamics, tracking study,
Marketing mix assessment).

· Consumer Satisfaction Study (Developing Customer Intimacy,
Segmentation and Positioning, Understanding Customer Preferences and
Perceptions).

· Benchmarking study, Market feasibility study.

· Brand Audit & Post Advertising Test, Brand Investigation, Brand
performance Post Below-the line activity.

· Together with Corporate Marketing group to develop the Corporate
Marketing Strategy House.

*Responsibilities:*

- Provide Analysis on the market and environment condition to the Senior
Management to make marketing decision (marketing plan – long term and short
term include).
- To set up and lead market research capability.
- To liaise with research agency during a research project conduction to
ensure that the project carried out will be able answer company needs
(taking charge of developing Questionnaire, controlling fieldwork and data
processing, preparing output preparation).
- To support internal customer(s) by providing required information/data
and advise on matters related to market research.
- Involve in new product development and implementation of customer
programs.
- Constantly provide senior management with insight on business forecast
in beverage industry and Indonesia macro-economic condition.
- Provide management team with insight on Indonesia's consumer profile.
- Responsible for consumer researches in relation to brand management
from concept test, product test, brand health monitor, Ad Copy evaluation.
- Ensure activities are prioritized correctly according to business
objectives and directions; in the correct and most appropriate resources to
achieve success are allocated; to ensure proper and appropriate
inter-divisional or departmental collaboration and the removal of obstacles
and roadblocks to success.
- To convey personally, or ensure otherwise this is done by others, an
adequate and appropriate level of communications to senior management and
staff within the Company so that they are kept fully informed of change
initiative progress and results.
- To act as coach and mentor to Subordinates within the Divisions.
- Recognize, communicate and reward project team successes.

*Key Measures and Targets:*

· Established Revenue Growth Management analysis based on Brand or
other research activities

ü Increase propensity to buy

ü Increase customer retention

· Established a demographic profile of Policy Holders and potential
market. (The information is critical to assess potentials and weaknesses of
each distribution channel).

· Successful project prioritization and overall alignment to
business goals.

*Key Competencies:* **

*Experience/Qualifications:*

- University degree holder preferred with more than 8 years working
experience.
- Extensive experience in Marketing Research; preferable Insurance and
Financial Service Industry.
- Advertising and Marketing planning cycles.
- Full time role.

*Knowledge:*

- Sound knowledge in Marketing research.
- Preferable with Professional Certifications.

*Skills:*

· Strong qualitative and quantitative and analytical abilities**

· Very strong interpersonal skills.**

· Proficient communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.*
