*Division Head of Brand and Communications*
(Jakarta)

*Reporting to:*

*Direct : Corporate Marketing Head*

*Job Summary:*

· To support the Corporate Marketing Head in overseeing Brand and
Communications activities.

· Together with Corporate Marketing Group to develop the Corporate
Marketing Strategic House.

· Building and Managing Brand Equity.

· Integrated Marketing Communication.

· Government and Regulators affairs.

*Responsibilities:*

- Develop corporate communication strategy (branding, media relations,
internal communications) to support the company's business plan in order to
build and increase the corporate image and awareness.
- Managing Sponsorship activities to increase overall company business
objectives.
- Establish CSR activities to increase Brand value.
- Maintain and promote the Company reputations through the management of
communications and ongoing positive publicity and positive exposure through
corporate events.
- Execute the external and internal communications campaign to deliver
the corporate messages through several media i.e: corporate events, internal
magazine, and advertising.
- Managing stakeholder (includes government, regulators and parliament)
communications.
- Establish two ways communication in order to build a strong corporate
culture by cascading down the corporate visions and missions.
- Maintain relationship with external stakeholder.
- Develop and execute the CSR concept.
- Coordinating the Crisis Management.
- Managing agencies and vendors.
- Ensure activities are prioritized correctly according to business
objectives and directions; the correct and most appropriate resources to
achieve success are allocated; to ensure proper and appropriate
inter-divisional or departmental collaboration and the removal of obstacles
and roadblocks to success.
- To convey personally, or ensure otherwise this is done by others, an
adequate and appropriate level of communications to senior management and
staff within the Company so that they are kept fully informed of change
initiative progress and results.
- To act as coach and mentor to Subordinates within the Divisions.
- Recognize, communicate and reward project team successes.

*Key Measures and Targets:*

· Raise Brand Equity and Propensity to buy.

· Availability of Brand and collateral Blue print.

· Increase ROI of Media campaign.

· Successful project prioritization and overall alignment to
business goals.

· Zero complaint of handling crisis management.

*Key Competencies:* **

*Experience/Qualifications:*

- University degree holder preferred with more than 8 years working
experience.
- Extensive experience in Branding and Communications.
- Advertising and Marketing planning cycles.
- Full time role.
- Working knowledge of the financial Institutions or Insurance industry
is a must.

*Knowledge:*

- Sound knowledge in Insurance and Banking/Financial institutions
industry.
- Preferable with Professional Certifications.

*Skills:*

· Strong qualitative and quantitative and analytical abilities**

· Very strong interpersonal skills.**

· Proficient communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.*
