Tasks/Responsibilit
Research, Create, Implement, Supervise, and Evaluate strategic &
innovative marketing planning through rigorous research and analysis
Closely monitor and analyze ongoing developments in the marketplace
and present relevant analysis, recommendation on a regular basis for
both internal and external purposes.
Ensure strong publicity and promotion of each products to consumers.
Create Marketing metrics to measure return on investment on each
marketing programs.
Analyze data, think strategically about the music industry and new
media development, and possess excellent interpersonal and deal-making
skills
Responsible for initiating contact with potential & existing
business partners, defining the scope of the relationship, identifying
profitable deal points, negotiating transactions, and managing the
implementation within the organization.
Research potential company and industry targets for strategic
partnership development and business opportunities.
Identify and leverage revenue opportunities and industry trends
which align labels' artists and content with new digital technologies.
Research new technologies, trends, services, and competition and
make recommendations to team.
Work closely with each of direct reports, as well as managers in
other groups, to gather information on various strategic initiatives,
those could include: Strengthening the indie distribution sales force,
Entry into new business segments,product development, branding
strategy, etc.
Aggressively pursuing innovative non-traditional marketing
opportunities for developing and established recording artists and
Record Label with viable brands including event sponsorships (e.g.,
album release parties, etc.), video product placements, promo tour
sponsorships, digital opportunities, artist tie-ins/promotions,
premium product development, direct marketing promotions, direct mail
campaigns, mass database emails for upcoming opportunities,
cross-promotion programs with traditional music and specialty retail
partners, product manufacturers and service oriented companies.
Bring in revenue to offset marketing costs.
Supervise works of the marketing team and ensure each program can be
integrated with the sales program.
Oversee projects to the completion on all aspects of these marketing
partnerships including negotiating contracts.
Requirements:
Male/Female, 25 30 years old
Experience in Marketing min. 2 years (5 years is preferrable)
Not accepting fresh graduates at this moment.
Min. Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing
Energetic, Enthusiastic, Target Oriented
Strong Negotiation and Persuasive Skills
Fluent in English (Written/Spoken)
Computer literate
Able to work in a team and independently
Hard working and able to work under pressure
