POSITION DESCRIPTION
Finance Accountant/Operatio
The Finance Accountant will be responsible for ensuring that corporate
financial objectives are achieved by implementing, maintaining and
improving systematic and disciplined financial, accounting, tax
compliance and fiscal governance processes and controls in the company.
This dynamic role requires a strong analytical background and
experience in international financial accounting and management. The
successful candidate will possess a solid command of U.S. GAAP and
locally equivalent accounting standards and tax compliance
requirements, the current and emerging regulatory environments, issues
and company practices in the region, and the ability to provide a
solid leadership role.
This individual will serve as a key corporate partner working with
U.S. headquarters and business partners to expand the company's
business and ensure appropriate financial returns. Critical Success
Factors will include strong "roll-up-your-
solving, multi-tasking and prioritization abilities in order to
administer the financial needs within the country.
This person will also be responsible for administering HR functions
for the local office and ensuring staff compliance to company policy.
They will carry out the processes and procedures established by
Corporate HR in accordance with local and state law.

Director of International and HQ Finance
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None initially but eventually may oversee Accounting Assistant
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Include the following; other duties may be assigned as necessary:
 Handle all accounting functions for FreeLife International Indonesia
 Provide financial analysis and reporting for the month end closing
and monthly forecast processes for the both balance sheet and P&L
statements
 Handle AP/AR duties
 Work closely with the external auditors to resolve open issues and
compile information requests
 Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners
and cross-functional teams
 Help the Country Manager to implement company policies and operating
procedures
 Administer HR processes and procedures
 Update Finance and other work progress in a weekly report to
Director or International and HQ Finance
 Monitor expenses and recommend cost improvements
 Ensure intercompany shipments and transfers are documented correctly
and processed in timely manner
 Communicate as necessary with FreeLife Global Support and Logistic
teams to resolve any shipping, inventory, or quality problems.
 Sign documents as directed by FreeLife's Finance, Legal, or Tax
departments pertaining to the daily operation of PT FreeLife
International Indonesia

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 5-7 years of experience in hands-on and analytical roles
 Excellent business sense - budgeting, business planning and
forecasting skills
 Strong knowledge of Oracle is required (prefer 3 5 years experience)
 International experience
 Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
 Good command of written and spoken English
 Ability to work under pressure and with concurrent deadlines
 Extensive experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
and Word)
 Strong verbal and written communication skills required
EDUCATION
 Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Ensure intercompany shipments and transfers are documented correctly
and processed in timely manner
Communicate as necessary with FreeLife Global Support and Logistic
teams to resolve any shipping, inventory, or quality problems.
Sign documents as directed by FreeLife's Finance, Legal, or Tax
departments pertaining to the daily operation of PT FreeLife
International Indonesia
Acts as Event coordinator for FreeLife's International Marketing.
Supports FreeLife's Regional Sales & Marketing Manager as needed.
Serves as dispute moderator and resolves conflicts among
Distribution Centres and/or Marketing Executives.
Builds smooth relationship with key leaders and distributors by
maintaining good communications.
Prepares compliance report to Freelife on fraudulent and erroneous
DC and ME transactions.
Instructs/tutors newly-approved Distribution Centres to effectively
operate his/her Goji Global DC system e.g. enrolment of new MEs,
assignment of boxes, management of MEs, and procurement of enrolment
kits. Conducts new DC training and screening to ensure all
qualifications are met.
Receives all hard copies (ME applications/
ID) and faxes or scans them to FreeLife's Customer Support team.
Oversee and report on the logistic provider's operation including:
shipping times, storage facility conditions, label application, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of five (5) years' or more of general operations experience
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree in Related Business preferred
SKILLS:
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
and Excel.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented.
Experience in creating and maintaining reports
Ability to demonstrate good judgment and discretion.
Work as a team player with employees at all levels.
Self-starter and positive personality.
Work independently.
