Stock Exchange is seeking people to fill in position with following
experiences and skills :
Corporate Secretary (CorpSec - MI)
. Bachelor Degree in Law, Master Degree is preferred
. 5 years experience as Corporate Secretary in public listed
company
. Familiar with Bapepam , BEI, AEI, PRPM, BKPM regulation
. Familiar with Japanese and Indonesian Law
. Familiar with Industrial Relation and Public Relation
. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Japanese
. Japanese citizens are encourage to apply
