Dear all
Our company, IndoPacific Edelman that commenced operations in 1993
is a public relations consultancy that provides a full spectrum of
public relations services. IndoPacific Edelman is Indonesia's
largest public relations firm, with over 114 employees. Currently we
have requirement for the following positions:
HR Assistant (position code: HRA)
The Human Resources Assistant performs a variety of administrative
duties. He or she will assist HR Manager by providing day-to-day
operational HR support covering many or most of the following areas:
recruiting, benefits, training, employee communications, and
employment documentation.
Responsibilities
Maintain employee information in HR database
Maintain active and inactive employee personnel files
Assist HR Manager in recruitment process i.e. scheduling
interview, maintain candidates database, pre employment background
check.
Coordinating new employee orientation program
Handling employee benefit (e.g. health insurance, annual leaves
tracking)
Assist HR manager in logistic and administration process for
training.
Collaborate with third party in handling expatriate documentation.
Handle special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree in social or related studies
- Having 1 year working experience in Human Resources will be an
advantage
- High degree of interpersonal and communication skills to interact
with all levels of staff
- Excellent administration skill with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good in both oral and written communications in Bahasa Indonesia
and English.
