following positions at Headquarter in Jakarta.

1. LOGISTIC SHIPPING PLANNER

POSITION PURPOSE
Lead and control daily activities of PTMI Trade shipping operation in
order to ship and deliver the Finish Good to respective markets based
on shipping plan in timely manner.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AREA
-Prepare plan for container optimum utilizations and control container
minimum load
-Shipment booking, prepare shipping instruction and make contact to
shipping line, forwarding, consolidator, and trucking company
-Prepare Export document & export customs document and submit it to Custom
-Control export equipment
-Release export shipment according to plan with sufficient volume &
complete with documents
-Reporting and maintain sales shipment

POSITION REQUIREMENT:
-Bachelor Degree (S1), from reputable university
-Has knowledge in export administration, PC (Windows application)
-Good command both of written and speaking English
-Has leadership competencies
-Has good interpersonal & communication skills

2. EXPORT IMPORT STAFF

POSITION REQUIREMENT:
-Male, female
-Min D3/S1
-Proficiency in verbal and written English
-Able to work underpressure
-Computer literate
-Good team work as well as independent worker
-Good interpersonal skill and honest

3. WAREHOUSE PERSONNEL

Primary Job Responsibility:
Receipt and despatch of equipment, stock control of DSC inventory, and
maximizing Customer satisfaction in the areas serviced by the DSC.

POSITION REQUIREMENT:
-Minimum College Degree (D3)
-Broad knowledge of products and services being used by Oil Company
-Able to work with Microsoft (excel, words )
-Customer service-driven, good communication skills
-Good written and oral communications skills
-Patience, perseverance and Goal Driven
-Organizing and Priority Setting
-Excellent Personnel skills
-Current Drivers licence

4. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Job Overview :
Key management position with overall responsibility to drive
excellence in distribution standards, human capital development, asset
utilization and preservation. This position also champion corporate
requirements on legal compliance and ethical behaviours

POSITION REQUIREMENT:
-Male / female
-Hold minimum Bachelor degree
-Strong business management
-Good leadership and people skill
-Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead earnings goal for the
business.
-Detailed understanding and application of company values and business
systems.
-Self-starter, proactive, and tenacious to get and sustain results.
-Analytical with high degree of problem-solving capabilities.

5. Contract & Administration Assistant

POSITION REQUIREMENT:
-Graduated from, min.D-3 level majoring in Industrial Engineering.
-Cumulative GPA min 2.75.
-Minimum 1 years experience in handling logistic administration
-Able to communicate in English both oral & written & good computer
literacy especially MS Excel.

6. STOCK CONTROLLER

Roles & responsibilities:
1.Responsible to manage procurement of goods from global sourcing to
local warehouse
2.Responsible to check the physical inventory and stock take
activities in store.
3.Responsible to plan supply forecast analysis
4.To regulate stock level based on forecast and standard days of inventory
5.To ensure consistency between forecast and sales trend
6.Responsible in handling Catalogue management
7.Provide issue resolutions surrounding procurement and supply process
8.Monitor operations and logistics dashboards in daily basis

POSITION REQUIREMENT:
-Fully analytical person
-Love numbers and care about the detail
-Fluent in English
-Able to work under pressure and with very minimum supervision
-Enthusiastic, energetic, willing to learn and work hard
-Expert in MS Excel
-Having previous experience in Supply Chain and Logistics area would
be an advantage

7. OPERATIONAL STAFF

POSITION REQUIREMENT:
-Male, maximum 40 years old
-Minimum Diploma from any major
-Has experience at least 1 year in delivery, logistics inqueries,
handling customer, and reporting
-Strong personality, honest, hard working and ready to work underpressure
-Computer literacy
-Good leadership

CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

POSITION REQUIREMENT:
-Male/ Female,
-Minimum Diploma degree, any major
-Fresh graduate welcome
-Team work oriented, assertive and fully initiative
-Computer literate
