Dear all, currently our client a US Based Chemical Company is seeking

-Project Engineer - Mechanical-

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering solutions by translating conceptual design in
the project Definition Document to Front End Engineering Design
Package and subsequently to detailed engineering plans for execution.
• Ensure that all capital projects are executed in accordance with
Company Management System, the 6 phase project methodology and
meeting all local regulatory and corporate requirements.
• All projects are completed in accordance with the agreed and
defined scope, schedule, and cost quality and safety requirements.
• Assist with the development of commissioning and start up plans and
assist with all commissioning.
• Compliance with Company Process Safety Management (PSM) and
Construction Safety requirements.
• Manage the respective project sub-budgets.
• Review and ensure correctness of all designs, drawings and
specifications.
• Assist to manage external consultants and contractors in accordance
with all site and local regulatory requirements, and standards.
• Communicate regularly with regional and global counterparts to
facilitate continous improvement and ongoing organizational learning.

Required Skills and Personal Attributes:

• Engineering design and Project Management skills. Must have been
involved in capital projects as design engineers and project
engineers.
• Ability to gather, analyze and draw well- reasoned conclusions.
• Knowledge in process plant engineering would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management.
• Knowledge of Behavioral Based Safety would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in areas such as confined space entry, lockout / tag out,
hot work permitting, etc. would be an advantage.
• Integrity, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum
supervision.
• Good communication skills.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor / University degree in the relevant Engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years experience, preferably 5 years in engineering

C. Tanggung Jawab

Tanggung Jawab Utama
1.Membuat perencanaan dan peninjauan ulang (me-review) benefit &
kompensasi karyawan, mengajukan usulan/proposal kepada manajemen
mengenai hasil review tersebut yang berupa usulan kenaikan gaji
tahunan, usulan & perhitungan bonus & insentif, usulan penambahan
atau perubahan benefit, guna memastikan bahwa kesejahteraan karyawan
dalam perusahaan telah terpenuhi.
2.Membuat peraturan-peraturan atau kebijakan-kebijakan dalam
perusahaan untuk memastikan bahwa setiap pelaksanaan pemberian
benefit & kompensasi untuk karyawan adalah sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
3.Mengatur pelaksanaan proses penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan
setiap 6 bulanan, membuat laporan hasil penilaian tersebut, dan
memastikan bahwa hasil penilaian tersebut akurat dan objektif.
4.Melakukan people review, menentukan & membuat database mengenai
para talent dan critical know-how, juga mengidentifikasi & membuat
database mengenai para low performer & high performer, dan membuat
kerangka succesion plan guna pengembangan karyawan.
5.Mengecek dan mereview laporan ¡V laporan bulanan yang dipersiapkan
oleh para Staff, meliputi laporan Headcount, Labor Cost, Absenteism,
Hours Worked, Overtime, danTraining, dalam rangka memastikan bahwa
data dan informasi tersebut akurat dan selalu siap tersedia.
6.Mengontrol jumlah headcount agar sesuai dan tidak melebihi budget
Management Plan.
7.Mengontrol labour cost agar sesuai dan tidak melebihi budget
Management Plan.
8.Mengontrol tingkat absensi karyawan dan bekerja sama dengan HOD,
HSE dan Serikat Pekerja untuk menemukan solusi atas permasalahan yang
berkaitan dengan absensi.
9.Mengontrol pengeluaran/ belanja operasional GS & fixed cost admin.,
agar tidak melebihi budget Management Plan.
10.Melakukan koordinasi dan perundingan dengan pihak Serikat Pekerja
guna menghasilkan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama dan aturan-aturan standar
lainnya yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dan karyawan
yang mengacu pada aturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
11.Melakukan perundingan dengan pihak Serikat Pekerja guna menentukan
kenaikan upah tahunan dan bonus tahunan bagi karyawan.
12.Melakukan koordinasi dan perundingan dengan pihak Serikat Pekerja
dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan industrial yang muncul pada anggota
Serikat Pekerja.
13.Melakukan koordinasi dan bekerjasama dengan Serikat Pekerja untuk
melakukan pembinaan disiplin kerja karyawan.
14.Melakukan review struktur organisasi perusahaaan setiap 3 bulan
dan berkoordinasi dengan ASEAN Branch untuk memastikan struktur
organisasi yang ada telah sesuai dan mengakomodasi kebutuhan
perusahaan.
15.Mengusulkan re-strukturisasi organisasi didalam perusahaan serta
melakukan usaha-usaha yang mendukung terlaksananya proses re-
strukturisasi dengan baik.
16.Melakukan proses rekrutmen bersama-sama dengan pihak luar
(headhunter) dan user untuk memastikan bahwa proses rekrutmen
tersebut menghasilkan calon karyawan yang memenuhi kriteria yang
dibutuhkan oleh user.
17.Membuat kegiatan tahunan yang berhubungan dengan training yaitu :
analisa kebutuhan training, membuat program training, mengusulkan
program training tersebut kepada managemen perusahaan, dan
melaksanakan serta mengevaluasi training, guna memastikan bahwa
training yang diberikan tepat guna dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan
karyawan dan departemen terkait, serta sesuai dengan budget yang
dianggarkan.
18.Menjalin kerjasama dan hubungan baik dengan pihak Disnaker,
APINDO, dan asosiasi pengusahaan lainnya guna mendukung kebutuhan
perusahaan.

Tanggung jawab umum

1.Mengkoordinasikan dan mengarahkan penyusunan rencana kerja dan
anggaran unit kerja serta pelaksanaannya untuk memastikan pencapaian
kinerja sesuai dengan RKAP yang telah ditetapkan.
2.Mengelola, mengarahkan dan mengendalikan peningkatan mutu pekerjaan
dan pelayanan di unit kerjanya sesuai dengan tertib administrasi,
sistem dan prosedur perusahaan untuk memastikan terlaksananya Sistem
Perusahaan dengan baik.
3.Mengelola, mengarahkan dan mengendalikan sistem dan cara kerja di
unitnya untuk menciptakan kondisi dan suasana yang kondusif dalam
mencapai prestasi kerja, serta nyaman, harmonis dan bersih sesuai
dengan persyaratan keamanan dan lingkungan.
4.Memotivasi, mengembangkan, menetapkan, dan mengevaluasi kinerja
dari bawahan, untuk memastikan tersedianya tenaga kerja yang memiliki
pengetahuan, keahlian, sikap dan kompetensi sesuai dengan persyaratan
yang ditetapkan sehingga dapat mendukung tercapainya target-target

5.Menentukan provider/supplier yang memberikan pelayanan jasa
training, rekrutmen, outsourcing, catering, transportasi karyawan, dll
6.Menghentikan kerjasama dengan pihak provider/supplier.

Job Descriptions:

* Exposed to a broad range of responsibilities that focus on the direct
support of our core business, the Business Services Manager will demonstrate

Responsibilities:

* Coordinating, coaching and develop a team of professional staff to manage
the range of services effectively : IS, IT, Fleet and CDES
* Proactively involve in weekly business reporting, analysis and provide
business solution to the Northern Sumatera management
* Delivering and supporting the achievement of the respective Annual
Business Plan (ABP) and Budget Requirements;
* Developing and coordinating the effort to provide initial and repetitive
educational activities in ensuring correct utilization of information
business systems;
* Challenging existing process activities which are considered as potential
to be further improved by using existing core systems or through the
introduction of approved new solutions;
* Managing the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the infrastructure service
provider as instructed from the National IT Management;
* Representing business operations to add, replace or dispose of any fleet
assets; including benefit, tool of trade vehicles, motor bikes, route trucks
and forklift;
* Deploying National Fleet direction to cost effectively deliver a quality
vehicle on the road for appropriate authorized user;
* Managing the effort of the CDES group to receive, place and service Cold
Drink Equipment as per company standards;
* Engaging with the Sales Management to ensure effective use of Cold Drink
Equipment assets to maximize sales potential
* Must be a committed and effective team member of the Senior Management
group to drive total company performance

Qualifications :

* Bachelor's (S1) Degree in appropriate vocation relevant to one or more of
the above responsibilities;
* Has to his credit a minimal of three (3) years working experience in
management or any of the related vocations as a supervisor or above;
* Very good on coaching and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrate solid exposure in cost center financial management history;
* Shows a strong character and be able to manage policy in difficult
circumstances;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must, in both verbal
and written English
* Exhibit tenacity and energy to be able maintaining steady performance,
even under pressure situations;
* Upholding coordination functions of a range of services, thus your
